Best Minimalist / "Hidden in Plain Sight" Chambers?

These are my favorite kinds of chambers. Essentially:
- Simple and clean level design.
- Medium or hard puzzle
- Originality or unique concept
- Once you figure out the puzzle, it can be solved quickly
- Only a few test elements, but they're used very well
