Quote from nathan42100 on November 28, 2007, 9:44 pmI make my nachos in the microwave without the beans. Basically take equal parts of mozzarella and cheddar (and monteray jack if I have) and do a layer of chips on a plate, then cheeze, then some dried rosemary and then some cayenne pepper and just keep layering it until the desired amount is reached. Microwave for 1:30 (minutes:seconds) and serve with sour cream (I prefer the fake stuff, but it really doesn't matter that much.) Also very good with salsa and guacamole

Anything can taste good if it has a variety of different heated foods... such as pot boiled eggs and pan fried bacon = nice.
