Quote from josepezdj on May 24, 2013, 2:35 amCheers Jonatan! I'm glad you're back... and back with this jewel!
Sicklebrick and me were giving it a crack yesterday. After around 2 hours we both had to go (it was a bit too late over here ) so we didn't complete it, but dude, this is AWESOME! Every single step must be very well thought and it has this incredibly simple & easy look, and it isn't large at all, but it really squeezed our brains, man!
So far we are on top of the bridge but we need to figure out how to get there WITH the cube. We spent like an hour in this situation and we didn't want to stop because we really felt that we could finish it... or the final move is not too complex or it is definitely twisted! ... Also I'm not so sure that we did some parts as intended, at times I felt a bit like using a workaround, although to be honest, there weren't many more choices around and I know how devilish you are so...
We will finish it this weekend surely.... haha or maybe not!
What I really liked of this one is the complexity into its apparent simplicity and its size. No extremely twisted and repetitive laser beam angles or reflector cubes flings or else... No ninja moves either! Really clever, thought-out and very well built-up, dude!
Thanks for creating! So far 10/5 from me!

This chamber is giving me serious brain pain!!!
EDIT: found a better way to get into the bridge room!
double pass lasers through both sets of portals!
Quote from Kirsch on May 27, 2013, 11:59 amWe played the map on Saturday, but found no solution.
We have also used the trick to send the laser through both portal pairs. One player can control the height of the laser from the third chamber. So it is possible that the other player has its portal pair in the first and third chambers.
This is not easy because you have to place the cube blind.
After that, both players are in the third chamber and can through a portal back to the first.
And now?

Quote from HeadShot on May 27, 2013, 12:07 pm@Kirsch: you can use the portals to aim the laser correctly before performing that maneuver! Jonatan said he's going to make an update, I'll drop a youtube video after!
