By the way, if you do not know the solution for the "professional-room", I will give you another hint: Do you know the game "Pokemon leaf green / fire red"? Somewhere in these both games is a quest which is similar but not the same one like to the "professional-room".

Your white gel isn't working. It's not possible to shoot portals to white-geled areas. Can you fix this bug please?

Dude, that's not a bug, it's a feature:
It's actually reflector gel for lasers. If you shoot a laser there it will be reflected.
Everything is fine, you'll need it to solve the puzzle.

As my partner said, this is a special gel (stick gel) which is not an official gel of the game. More informations here (the second note): https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Gel_%28Portal_2%29
