Custom Vehicles in SDK

One thing they dont explain is phys_constraints and the teleporting to get inside the ship so you dont get stuck in its solid parts. So when im finished all this, how do I control it in the first place? Or did they not add that part.
For the constraint, do you just make entity 1 plane_01 and entity 2 plane_01_prisoner_pod?
And for teleporting, I put a trigger textured brush, then tied it to trigger_teleport. And made another one to its destination. Is that how its done? And lastly, any model can be used for the prisoner_pod, right?
Can you put guns on it?
Anyway, It looked fun even though its totally unrelated to Portal.
