Virtua Fighter series (the only fighting games I like, but I really love them)

Crysis: Warhead
And lots more. I'll also throw in another recommendation for Hard Reset, which I really enjoyed. Half-life 1 and the original Deus Ex are the only contenders for my absolute favourite, though.
