Dome?
How can i make a dome (that looks attractive from the inside)
Here is my attempt:

Obviously this will not work, so is there a way to do it better?
I know, i was desperate.. Still havent found a better way lol

Use the vertex manipulation tool, Alt+E. Actually, read this:

This is most confusing.. Would you be able to explain it better 
Here's a different tutorial for making a dome WITH pictures: How to make a dome!
The tutorial does continue on to say how to make a spike come down from the center, but just stop before that section if you want.
