I was wondering how you create portals based on events? The first few chambers when you dont have a portal gun, for instance. I've looked about but havent found a tutorial.

Place a prop_portal in your map. You can control it through inputs just like any other entity.

without learning this i wouldnt have been able to let the player out of the first chamber...
