Is that func_brush?

Right-click on it and select "move to world".

select the brush and hit ctrl+shift+w

With the texture tool? Or with the properties?

Edit: It works on the test map! Now all I need to do Is fix my main map then I'll be able to realease it! Thanks for the help.

The solution to this problem was to turn the floor lighting in a normal brush by selecting it and pressing Crtl+Shift+W

Select the brush (with the normal selection tool) so it turns red. Then right-click over it in any of the 2d windows, and select "move to world".

Or, select it (so the brush turns red), and press CTRL+SHIFT+W.
