If a map doesn't load through the bonus maps menu, then you have to take note of the actual name of the bsp file. In this case, you would be typing "map casscmbr1" and not "map casschamber".

But the console will helpfully pop up a list of matching mapnames as you type, and you can hit TAB to cycle through them. Which is nice, 'cause you don't have to type any suffixes that might be at the end of the mapname, like _ver1_0 or _beta_02.
