Hammer Changes/problems
Quote from reepblue on March 31, 2008, 8:01 pmThese changes happend way before the update, I'm getting a bit tried of fixing these problems. Here they are.
1. Textures don't stay X: 0.25 Y: 0.25. I measure my rooms with textures such as the wall panels for perfect fit. If I strech it out, the X or Y will change, and the texture will strech or srink. How do I make it stay on automatic X: 0.25 Y: 0.25 unless I want to change them?
2. I can't see props in the (x,y), (z,y), and (z,x) windows. When I unselect the props, they disapper making it harder to cut brushes for doors and such.
3. I'm sorry this those not relate to portal, but when I use Hammer in Half-Life 2 or Half-Life 2 Ep. 1 (Ep. 2 does not open the program at all) I can see my brushes everywere besides the camera window. Yes, I do have it on textured.
If somebody would kindly tell me to fix these problems, it will be apperated. Keep in mind these issuses just poped out of no where. I did not change anything. (Besides problem 3) Thanks!

The more you give, the less appreciated it will be received.

Read more about the toolbar here (unfortunately outdated and does not cover all buttons):
