For the millionth freaking time, we never said you were a bad mapper.
And radelite, if you'd seen how much of an asshole he'd been over the past few weeks, you wouldn't be so much of a fan.

deli73, you have no right to stipulate what kind of person I am when you have never met me. Granted I was acting irrational and full of rage, but guess what. HUMAN NATURE!! You can be just as much as of an asshole like the rest of the human population, so maybe show some empathy for once in your life. I could be here all day giving you my life story as to why I am a nervous wreck and how much bull I have had to deal with, but obviously you don't give 2 $#!ts about anyone other than yourself so why bother?

I am salvaging what I can from my trashed files, but I am not going to be coming here fr help if people like you are going to act like you have exclusive rights.

I will apologize for behaviour, but I would expect no less from the rest of the community.

Just when I think I understand the system, it changes on me.

For the record deli73 I did read a few pages of his rage and if fractures anything like my brother or cousin I could understand even less annoying him out of his mind

Its like poking a hornets nest eventually you are going to be stung

Fracture, I thought you had said you were never coming back? ;)

I don't actually see what we were doing that offended you so badly. If you want to leave that's your prerogative, but I've never seen anyone on TwP really insult your maps or mods. Constructive criticism is common, but constructive is the key word. Responding to criticism is the only way to improve. Look at the comments on my first Workshop map, and you will see why I haven't released anything in almost a year. I don't want a repeat of that, where I rushed it out before it was ready and it resulted in an enormous mess. I can't even fix it at this point, as the original VMFs are broken. It was almost disqualified from the competition for being unplayable, as there was no way to get a portalgun. But I haven't stopped modding because of the response to that map (or any of my later ones other than the Shadows of Time--that's my only released work that I'd actually want to play).

Felix, I couldn't agree with you more. Radelite, rethink your statement. How is doing the one thing another mapper does after playing a map "poking a hornet's nest?"

As for you, Fracture, your reactions have, for lack of a better word, made the whole situation worse. If you do come back [assuming you want to - while a fun and rewarding experience, it's a heavy time and dedication investment], it'll be hard for you to gain people's trust back. You burnt a lot of bridges and put a negative light on your personality. I am certain that the TWP forums will still help you, but don't expect sun-tickled fields and rainbows anytime soon.

Best of luck in whatever your current goals are!

rainbows taste like skittles anyway. And I prefer my m&ms.

I have come a long way with what i have learned, and spent years on this mappack. When people on the steam comments were calling it terrible or horrible and broken, I got too offended. I could be here all day recounting various negative comments to counter your arguments, but that wouldn't be constructive. What would be is admitting to m faults and getting past them.

I was trying to be as good as you guys at this, but it felt like I was prematurely and preverbally tripped down the stairs.

Just when I think I understand the system, it changes on me.

You do know that most of the people on TwP comment on the thread for a mod here, not in the Steam comments, right? ;)

Sometimes people don't know it's on TWP so they comment on the workshop page . . .

Fracture, I do understand you. We've all been there. But the important thing to remember about that is that EVERYONE has been there. Nobody is deliberately trying to insult you, and this might not be what you wanted to hear, but nobody EVER said it was terrible. I absolutely loved Into the Multiverse, my only gripe was that it had some easily solved bugs. I even retrieved the workshop files of the map after you deleted it just to play it again! So do keep mapping, I would love to see more from you!
