how can I turn off "noobtips" at coop start?

I've planted the very simple verion of coop starts on my map, and when I load it, the noob tips appear, about how and what key to use to pick up items (there is a cube in the room), and if I walk to the cube, it picks up automatically, without pressing the pickup key.
Its not that bad, but later on the map (my singleplayer map, room 4 gelroom) where I need to speed myself on the orange gel and release the geled box, it just dont release it. I found outm that if I'm on the orange gel and running, even if I hit the pickup/release button, it just does nothing, if I run on normal surface or standing still, I can release/throw it. I only tested it wit ss_map but I guess real multi is the same.
Also, grate textures, or maybe others too (solids, funcdetails, solid brushes, doesnt matter) allow cubes to pass, but only in coop. so again, on my map, last part, where you need to move a lasercube thru that "Z" path in the hole, simply just compiling that as coop, I can just pick it through the grate.
Temporarily I uploaded the map (coop, tested with ss_map, dont know if the slidingcube bug is there with real coop):

- at the beginning yellow gets the hint and can pick up the cube just walking into it
- can anyone check if the geled cube can be dropped while running on the orange gel (at fullspeed)
- noclip to the end of the map (or just finish it normally, its the single player map there) and try to pick the lasercube at the end from behind the grates
- ignore the puzzles, and ignore if the map just exists sometimes (at checkpoints), its not even a WIP, and will delete from here if u tried this 3 thing.
- is the cant-drop-cube-while-running is because the first hint msg? maybe game is in playerassist mode or something?
