Then you'll see wheres the leak.

Either you have a totally legit leak, like a hole in your map, or your func_instance_io_proxy is in the void somewhere. Load the pointfile and see (it has the same name as your vmf file)

If there's a hole in your brushwork somewhere - the IO proxy is *NOT* the issue, close the hole and it will go away. removing the io proxy in this case will only have it blame a different item. Loading the pointfile will draw a red line in each of your 2D views that leads from the outside to the inside. Somewhere along this line is your "leak". Remember that some textures won't seal the map

If it's hiding in the void somewhere, then move it inbounds (it's invisible don't worry), or you can make a box. Make a cube textured with the ugly yellow NODRAW texture, then right click the brush in one of the 2D views and press Make Hollow. Then put your items in that box.
