Mapper's block

Anyone else get "Mapper's block", like writer's block, except with mapping?
I'm having troubles with something which is like this at the moment.

with any map im working on, no matter what game.

Im currently working on my first multi-map project, and I need to think of a chamber four. Before that we get to meet our friend the sentry. In chamber five you get cubey
