ive seen pics of the medic with a syringe, thats what it was meant to do I bet.

also, infection just ensures that you have a medic on your team, and makes you value him in sudden death more. Rather than just being a "OMG UBERME NOWZ" battery.

Assuming medics can't concussion grenade jump, if he can get that close to you, you deserve the plague, and so does anyone that touches you :P

to make plague less annoying, simply give anyone on your team with plague a sickly green aura, so you know to stay away, and medics know they need to heal him.
