Mods don't support Co-Op ?

Hello guys,
Are you sure the mods doesn't support Co-Op ? Because wibi-data, a portal 2 mod, had a Co-Op..

the problem is that wibi was cheating a bit; it's not a mod that you can launch separately but a overwrite of the files that get restored after uninstalling
