Yes, really! It doesnt even contain an IO proxy. The surrounding shroud is just copy pasted from the panel brush, so every brush entity is a func_brush named "panel1_brush" parented to the panel arm. The 9arms_136in_02 animation doesnt line up with the rest of the brushes and includes the vmx for unknown reasons.

I really hope this is a joke.
