Portal Opening Bed scene

I remember long time ago I downloaded a file which gives you all the entities needed to make the opening bed scene found in the very beginning of portal...

Now I can't find it...

can anyone help me find it?

I, too, need to at least be told how to create the "get out of bed" scene.

I spent the last 15 minutes searching this site, and found a link to a walkthrough.
