Okay, so if you've played my portal map, you'd have realised the portal place pads located on the floor act strangely, you basically cannot create a portal if you facing the pad at an angle. This makes if very frustrating.
So I was wondering, what size does it need to be to fit a portal on it, and be able to shoot it at an awkward angle, and it gets realigned correctly?
Currently I've tried 128 x 96 and 128 x 100.
I have put func_portal_bumpers around them, according to the Valve Wiki thing it says they need to be 32 in width, that true?
Also I have put down info_placement_helper, with Snap to Helper Angles turned on...What does force placement do?

Walking when you have a portal gun sucks.

Make the "pad" a square and put an info_placement_helper on it and mess with the keyvalues.
