PTI to HAMMER - light and doorentry0 issue *solved*

I already built the map again from a new PTI-built .vmf because I wanted to be shure it's not my fault- making some changes without remembering them... so that should not be the case.my run map console gives me also the following error - and a lot of similar ones:
"FindPortalSide: Couldn't find a good match for which brush to assign to a portal
near (1536.0 4096.0 1536.0)
Leaf 0 contents:
Leaf 1 contents: CONTENTS_SOLID
viscontents (node 0 contents ^ node 1 contents): CONTENTS_SOLID
This means that none of the brushes in leaf 0 or 1 that touches the portal has C
ONTENTS_SOLID
Check for a huge brush enclosing the coordinates above that has contents CONTENT
S_SOLID
Candidate brush IDs:"the Coordinates of all errors seem to be a part of this doorentry0 big-box anywhere outside in the black nothing...
I really do not know whats going on there. I also didn't find anything quite similar per search...I would apreciate if you could give me some clues...

The Pointfile linked to 2 info-overlays which where partly outside and seemed to leak. I moved them inside. Now it's fine but I have to rearrange these overlays because at the moment you can't see them at all... which makes the chamber a lot more complicated
