Radio
Quote from Atlantisrobo on January 28, 2008, 1:43 pmI'm making a radio..... like in portal.
And I was wondering how you could carry the sound with it.
I know ambient generic makes the sound...
but how do you carry it along with the radio? (you pick up the radio, and you take it anywhere, but the song is still playing. from the radio.)

Quote from Ricotez on January 28, 2008, 1:47 pmSet the Ambient_generic's parent to the radio
(for example, if your radio is called "Radio_01", then type in the Parent-box of the ambient_generic Radio_01)
Essentially an entity follows its parent wherever it goes (in other words, the entity moves exactly the same as its parent does). If a certain entity is the parent of other entities, those entities are called the "children" of the parent entity.

And I k now what parent is. (I've been making TF2 maps)
Sorry, but I'm a little frustrated this morning.
Had to find my cat who's been hiding in the garden, then go fix myself breakfast, and I spilled some cereal. Then I noticed I ran out of milk, so I had hard cereal...
and yeah.
