i think its actually covered in that thread, and this shoulda been posted there too (imo) but if i get time later i'll make a video of how "i" beat it. and i think my soultion is close to the "right" soultion

now this is not how i did the final fling the first time, i saw that the gap could be swam across. but then reloaded from a previous save and found a way to fling it. (cuz i like to try to beat maps with the intended solution (especially for contests)) but after replaying it to make this video for you, THIS solution seemed like the easiest and most likely. my way involved portal tunneling back anyway it was much harder. this should be easy.
