Sanity is not statistical.

8/10 for idea
6/10 for quality, jagged edges hurt my eys :( you should make the corners smoother.

Next person - review mine and/or espen180's

Drew it in Macromedia Flash 8 pro (now Adobe Flash) then printscreened and croped and reduced the size in photoshop CS2 to the right size, saved as .GIF (I as far as I can remember) to get it to a small file size

make sure you are saving it at the same size it will appear online. Also try .GIF instead of .JPG because jpegs compress images really horribly, or save the jpeg with a higher quality (you probably need a professional program to od that but I'm not sure, I just know paint can't and photoshop can)

Are those programs free :/ (lol)?
I'll try the saving size thingy thanks.

The GIMP can do various qualities. It's a slider when you save-as a JPG. Also, Espen, try doing a Color-to-Alpha on white (this is, of course, in the GIMP) on those corners. It'll make the whites fully transparent and the rounded corners a little blurry and a little transparent for a nice fade-out effect.
