Download the file locally, change the compression of the file, and upload it. It's over 15k and I decided that offsite avatars are a bad idea because it doesn't size check and/or resize them.

Bah, of course I get to rate the avatar thats already been rated by 5 or so other people. You gets a 9/10 from me, cause I hate perfect 10's for some odd reason.

Ahahah, that picture was taken last year at a practice for our school's Speech Night. The unedited pic has me pulling pretty much the same face.

Now, onto rating your avatar. I give it a 7/10, cos its Portal related, looks good, but the RPD letters confuse me.
