This map is a puzzle/showcase map. It has a few puzzles, while showing different parts of aperture science. It is set in an alternative time line, where the player took the party escort submission position. This map is the second map in my series - pesp.
Depending on the success of this map, I may or may not release an episode 3.
Note: This map has an easter egg as well

Quote from Mek on November 28, 2008, 1:21 pmGood map (I didn't find the easter egg this time).
The flings were sometimes hard as hell (well, at least for me).
I used a camera to press the button to disable the fizzler, anyway, it was not necessary to press the button to proceed.
I liked the voice again, but subtitles were missing.
Overall, good work!

(percentage calculation sphere self-test failed!)
108.1% done, -8.1% remaining...
Released here!
All maps for Portal (1/2) worth playing are mirrored here.

Overall, good work!It was intended for the radio but i have since determined to exclude that from the final game. Also it is for the chamber to give it realism. You would have to disable the fizzler to get the cube for the next room.

Quote from jrlauer on November 29, 2008, 2:34 amGreat map, but I was stumped on how to get to the other side of the room where the floor and lower walls can hold a portal but the ceiling and upper walls, as well as the floor on the other side, can't. Its the room with no button in it.

I don't know if it has a name, but I am calling it an additive fling. It will be in my next map, but slightly different.

I assure you, the egg is not related to the radio. It got way to boring and monotonous testing the radio egg. Especially after carrying it through the first episode 50 times. lol
I will give you a hint to, it has something to do with
the cube
this time
