I can't extract that zip file. Windows built-in zip just fails. WinRAR reports unknown method. What program did you use to zip?

WinRAR is saying 'Unknown method' when trying to extract the sounds. broken zip file?

WinZip, win os Zip, and winRAR will not open the file...
I'm pretty sure it's corrupt.
