[SP] Gathering Light

This chamber introduces a new puzzle element, the Light Catcher, a long needed companion piece to the underutilized Hard Light Bridge.

The Catcher instance is now available for Hammer mapmakers, as well BEE2 users of the puzzle creator.

Depending on the response to this initial element, there may be more new Light-based elements to come!
