[SP] Up there, where the cool hammer stuff is!

I couldn't think of a better title, but I'm open to suggestions about changing it. As a part of the P2LC group's monthly challenge this map contains only buttons, cubes and many portalable surfaces, so it's kind of like a Portal 1 puzzle. The test isn't that hard, as long as you think for a bit.

Very nice clean map nothing ridiculously hard - just took a bit of thought. Thanks for creating.
Very nice albeit very easy map, thank you
