[Suggestion]-materials upload database
dont know if there's any more room on the site, but I was thinking it would be cool if we could have a place to upload custom materials (overlays, textures, models, etc..) on the site, and other people could download them. These would be specifically for portal maps. When I see custom stuff in maps, I think about other ways it could be used, expanded on, etc.just a suggestion.
Probably best to just put in Tools and Utilities. No need to add a new category unless there is a huge demand for it.

Also for the record, we are only using about 2% of the massive content drive I have for this site. We're fine on disk space.

405GB is nothing these days...Petabytes are becoming common for larger servers for christ's sake.
That's a perfect size for a TWP compilation CD!
I wouldn't want to put all of the WIP crap on there, so I am going to make an unfounded guess and say it would be more about 300M. But hey good idea.
