Ah, figured out the problem. FF3 apparently uses security settings set by IE and Windows (weird), and hotlinkfiles.com is listed by default under the Restricted Sites for Windows (also weird). If anyone else had the same problem, there's some stuff on how to fix it here:

Although I just removed hotlinkfiles.com from the Restricted Sites list. Ah, it looks like I may also have to do something to my Firewall. Hmm...

Actually, I've been working on a Portal map pack that could probably be integrated into the Community Map Project. I'll also be happy to provide any dialogue or VCDs you might need.

I'm gonna venture a guess that you use the AT&T text to speech program, right? Cause I've been using that, and filtering it and altering the equalizer, but I can't get it to be quite like this... Very, VERY nice job.
