think yourself lucky, in australia its out by almost 14 hours (compared to local time, anyway)

I think in terms of boolean variables. Generally, it makes things easier.

EDIT: Now that I've checked, TWP seems to be about an hour ahead of me.

I guess that's what happens when you live one time-zone behind.
