I think its a spambot, maybe not for a product, but maybe for a group of some people.
Joined at 10:23 and postet only in off topic in 4 minutes something about animals, i think a new portal user read some posts in his first 5 minutes in twp, and doesnt spend 4 minutes to write a post about animals (?) o.O
Actually, I used to read a lot of stuff here before I signed up.
well, it makes no sense. but it seems to have a kind of pattern to it... notice it changes it's topic every so often, but at a constant rate. it's definitely a spam bot.

EDIT: Another Theme: Couldnt we split up the Community releases Thread to among topics like "Singleplayer, PTI, BEE2 Mods (A little bit annoying), and others"?
I've seen forums with a lot more. On goofans.com they tend to come in waves and post several times each, and the admin eventually wrote a Megaban plugin that cleans up all their content and bans them in one click. And the last I heard of it infernofans.com had about three spambots per actual user, because the moderators had to delete each post individually and a user couldn't be banned if they had remaining content.
