[Tutorial] Using SFM's hammer to make Portal 2 maps

Quick note: This tutorial is no way mine, I take no credit for it. I'm just posting here because a ton of people seems to experience crashes on Portal 2 Authoring Tools (which was actually in beta I think), so they might find it useful.
