Well... the same technique you use to get a gold medal on the Companion Cube level, where you bounce the ball up as it passes over your cube. Except, smash the ball down through a floor portal. Hulk smash combine ball!

[spoiler]Get up on the area jutting out from the left wall, shoot a portal through the glass to the right wall. Tunnel through that and shoot one on the opposite wall closer to the glass, from this new one you can shoot a portal between the glass on the wall.

Grab the box, knock the ball out of the way and drop it down on to the button, then make your way back to the glass walls. Now just portal tunnel your way back to the other side. Shoot on to one of the side walls, tunnel on to one of the walls next to the slanted side, and from here you can reach one of the walls on the other side.[/spoiler]
