I was just wondering, but the title says all. I want to know if it is possible to have a room behind a linked portal door, with the portal door on, to place a portal in said room? That was probably worded horribly.

Worldportals can be portalled through. The only worldportal actually used in the game is used on a grating that you need to portal through. Bug you might want to know about: if you shoot a portal through a worldportal onto a non-portalable surface, the particle effect will appear to come from where the player actually is, not through the portal (visual only).

I don't know if you know what I mean, but I mean putting a room behind a worldportal, and portaling to that room, not the one the worldportal connects to.

Ah. You should be able to put a portal behind it, but only when it's closed. (When shooting through it).

So then I am guessing it is not possible while the worldportal is on. If that is the answer, thanks for your help.

Nevermind, I think I found a way to do what I want to. Thanks anyway.
