I don't care if someone ruins my map by noclipping. Seriously, the point of Portal maps should be to solve puzzles, and if the people can't solve the puzzle and noclip, they only ruin it for themselves. Besides, some people genuinely may not be able to solve x puzzle, and by skipping it they are now able to solve puzzles y and z.

we plan to test it like crazy XD so you can get to x, y and z :3
anyway, I think I know the general way this is going.
so, how about 2 downloads?
like, one for those who use cheats, one for others who don't?
I know I'm being persistent, but meh. it's good to know exactly what to release :3

well, timed maps etc. I think I will do regardless, and I will release an "official" version for the mod which is anti cheat?

And don't worry, I will always know what the name of the anti-cheat trigger is.
What's the added value of this anyway? You're just further annoying people that are most likely already frustrated because they can't get past a problem area. If you would just allow them to skip a small piece, they would at least be able to complete (and enjoy) the rest of the map. 
This is just like copy protection. It takes time and energy to make it, and it only pisses people off.
Solution videos are the way to go

also, I thought releasing 2 versions would be good. cheat and anti-cheat.
now, I know, no-one will download it, but for proof of completeting stuff etc. for competitions, the version may come in useful.
unless some people like you decide to try and cheat constantly XD

to be honest, I did sorta sidestep parts on your map XD
the first part was too hard. the button thingie kept timing out (when you only have 1/2 the portalgun).
I completed it perfectly second time though!

All right, it would be a kind of fun exercise in Source entity scripting, to devise the most diabolical anti-cheat system possible. (And it would be interesting for the more hacking-inclined player to try and break it. That could be a whole new puzzle category in itself...

That's a perfect example of the point I was making: if you couldn't cheat, you would have missed the rest.
