This might be a feature, never can tell with Valve. Not even sure how I got this screen, something to do with alt-tabbing.. Anyways, clicking "No Steam" does nothing.. Clicking Exit took me to the normal "Exit/Cancel" pane. So strange. Anyone know what it is?

I assume the game lost it's connection to the master Steam servers and freaked out for some reason. That or it thinks you are running a "nosteam" version, which is how pirates play Steam games.

Assuming you actually paid for the game then you're fine, just restart it.

Yeah, I thought it might be something like that. Yeah, I preorded it on Steam and have a very stable internet connection, so there's no reason it should've done that..

Just because your connection is stable doesn't mean that the master Steam servers aren't garbage and have problems of their own.

it happened to me alot with source games it's because you lost the connection with steam servers
just restart the game

This happens to me (in any game) if I try to play a game (or two games) twice. I have to restart Steam after playing a game.
