Another clean dose of minimalist beard-scratching; this Joe Pesci of a chamber has test subjects using blue gel bombs and their wits to get to those hard to reach areas.

Map updated - thanks to josepezdj for pointing out a wealth of exploits! Hopefully got them all...

That's pretty much the whole map, so there's only one.

Awesome and veeeery funny here!!

I realized I did very unintendedly at the first attempts:

Then I thought of a different way for the end step to reach the bridge... And this is the video:

But as it seems it is again unintended... and there is another map version, wait for it... I'll come with another video later!

Cheers jose. Yeah, pretty much everything you did is now impossible. Sorry about that.... Hopefully I won't need to update any more. Many thanks for the feedback; it's been a great help!

Funny map. When I saw all those portable surfaces I knew there were alot of unintended solutions

I had much fun testing stuff and playing blobby volley

Thanks for sharing

I thought about going back and doing a demo run but don't think I can live through the frustration again.....As always, I enjoy your maps. I like the simple looking design, yet challenging puzzle. Thanks for creating!

Ha, great to see such a simple little map has inspired such ninja heroics!

Zivi - That's awesome. The second part is totally unintended, but awesome nonetheless. I like the way you didn't even activate the wall panel (which is triggered with a trigger_look).

Markiu - That's probably the greatest unintended solution video I've ever received, so thanks for that! I actually kind of wish that last one was intended, because it absolutely rocks. You did at least manage to do one thing how I intended in the course of the vid, too.

rock_and_rage - Ha, no problem, but it sounds like your way wasn't intended either. With my way it's pretty easy to make a demo once you know it...

Anyway, to anyone who just watched those two vids and thought 'What the holy fuck?', I promise you there is a solution that regular Joes like you and me can pull off relatively easily.

OK, here is the second video I recorded yesterday. Lol, I got totally dizzy and I don't even know if I really got to do it intendedly I didn't even edit it and it's one of those few blind records I do every once in a while... What I thought was ok, for sure the final step is to build a stair with the bridges and paint them somehow to make your way up... I really hope some of that is intended El!!

Anyway, I got very impressed with the huge fun and entertainment I experienced in such that small space! This was awesome, man. I don't discard to play it again depending on your comments about this new solution ...

I really like this series of minimalistik puzzles! Thanks for mapping my friend!

Jose, man...

I kind of feel I need to apologise for that, and also for skipping quite a bit of the vid; to be honest, it was making me feel sick just watching it....

Anyway, you'll be pleased to know that the way you hit the button is totally intended. As for the way you got onto the bridge - awesome, yes, but intended, no. I really wish all these ways you guys are coming out with were intended, though, as I think you're all gonna see the intended solution and think "what the hell, is that it? That's all I had to do?!". Your ways are way cooler than mine.

Anyway, I've made a solution vid, but I'm not gonna upload it just yet.

Hahahahaha... I thought you were meaning the button that activates the gel_dropper That's how it's done!!! Good for me!! hahahaha...

My God, I've just watched my own video and also zivi7's and Marc's and I'm kind of ashamed!! hahaha... Chris, very impressive elegant solution Btw, awesome blob-trapping by the bridge ... that was COOL! And Marc, awesome solutions too!

So, El, aren't intended any final steps from any of us? Hmmmm, I'll give it another try later today when I arrive home (and I promise to record only the solution )

I'll give it another go over the weekend and see if I can't figure out the intended solution. If I had to guess, it has something to do with the pit area as I didn't use that at all in my solution.

rock_n_rage - you wouldn't be wrong with that guess.

I've released a solution vid into the Youtube ether, if anyone's really stuck. Seems a bit early to post it directly in this thread, but I've had a few requests. Should be searchable enough for those that really want it...

Hey El... I accidentally found your video solution yesterday due to the Youtube's "related videos" column. It's an amazing solution Congratulations for such this great puzzle!

It was a lot of fun and thinking figuring this one out! After I found it, I watched your intended solution and noticed I did it completely wrong, so find attached a demofile of my unintended solution. I messed up a bit here and there, but it's clear what I did.

Edit: I just watched Markiu's video and apparently I did the same as he did for the getting on the bridge-part.

Dinosawer, thanks a lot for the demo! Sorry it took a while to respond; I've been away from home for just over a week and hadn't been able to watch it.

Your solution isn't what I had in mind, but it's a totally legit alternative; as you say, it has already been pointed out by Markiu and I have no problem with it. It did seem mighty frustrating to me, though... If it was me I probably would have just got mad, ragequit and come here to call me an arsehole for making it. So thanks a whole lot for not doing that. Maybe I should put in the descriptions for these maps that nothing is supposed to be outrageously fiddly to pull off....

I seldomly call people arseholes. Never, in fact.
It didn't feel frustrating at all, actually. It went a bit more fluent in my first play, actually, since the thing I forgot to paint in the demo was already painted and I placed the bridge a bit further to the left so it was easier to get on.
I didn't feel any urge to ragequit, it was a lot of fun actually.

I figured out how to activate the light bridge, but not getting up on it.

I think Tangled up in Blue and Imp are my favourites in the minimalism series, because I could solve those

Anyway, I watched the solution video, and I think what would go a long way of conveying your intended solution for getting up on that bridge is to

Make the pit far less wide. There seems to be no reason for it to be that wide, other than to tricking players in perhaps they have to do flings there or something. Besides, minimalism is about less being more, right?
