Derived from my map "Prison Break" were three smaller maps, the "Preparations". The third one got an upgrade in difficulty to pose its own challenge.

I had quite an extended WTF moment at the start - possibly 'cause the solution felt a bit like cheating. Pretty straightforward after that, but I really enjoyed it - those maps with WTF moments tend to be quite memorable. Thanks

I'm intrigued, what WTF moment would that be at the start? And I was thinking the hard part is not the start but everything after that. Maybe you found a way I'm not aware of.

Hmm, you're right. It was a lot harder today, perhaps I cheated or missed something lastnight.
I like the map a whole lot more now, it's quite a set of steps to remember! 5 stars!
The WTF moment was trying to figure out how to get the cube up to the faith plate area when it was so hard to catch coming out of the panel.

Anyhoo, here's the solution I went with- would love to know if it's right or not.

Excellent execution. Just as intended.

Regarding the WTF, I see you place the portals the best possible way and grab the cube at the edge. It wouldn't be necessary anymore to do that. In an earlier version the cube had less momentum and this was required indeed. But then I moved the cube dropper up, cause that felt like cheating to me too.

Ahh, coolcool I wasnt sure if jumping off the cube and strafing over to the ledge (the one with the exit on it) was cheaty or not, since you can do the jump without the cube. Can't wait to see more of your stuff btw, perfect difficulty.

I don't know yet how I should feel about it. Making that map didn't go as planned. My playtester didn't find the intended solution, so I put up a walkthrough in case people get just frustrated.
