Does anyone know how to set up achievements for a mod similar to how Black Mesa did it? I've always assumed that it was impossible without putting the mod up on Steam. But if Black Mesa can do it, then it should be possible.

The real steam achievements are possible if you actually have an appid for the mod (aka got greenlit).
I'm not sure how Black Meas did it unfortunately
