I beat the SP mode, but I didn't remember seeing them.....

Several of the trailer maps didn't make it into the final game, and the propulsion gel one is one of 'em. A few are in the SP campaign still with significantly altered looks - I know of the Thermal Discouragement Beam map, which is right near the beginning but had the turrets and several other pieces removed; the repulsion gel one, which reappears as one of the enrichment spheres from the 1950s; and the Excursion Funnel one, which no longer has turrets and reappears as a Wheatley chamber. The Faith Plate one appears slightly shortened, and I think there's at least one other that I'm not remembering at the moment.

There's also a few briefly seen chambers at the end of the propulsion gel video that made it into the game:

1:01 = Obviously the first AFP map.

1:06 = Didn't make it into the game.

1:10 = A very early version of the Wheatley chamber with classical music.

1:15 = That half-rebuilt chamber where you use AFPs 3 times back and forth to get up to the final area with a button.

1:20 = Also didn't make it into the game I think.
