Could somebody change this from a GMod Mod to a Portal Mod

Probably not, Gmod uses some particle stuff that I don't think can convert over.
Also 
for Gmod.

It's just such an awesome portal skin...When I first saw it I was all:

COMPLETELY NOT POSSIBLE.
Unless you wanna be playing in DX8 and then it will look ugly and not be animated.
