How would I go about replacing Chell's model? I tried putting Alyx's model files in the models\player folder and the models\ folder and renaming, replacing "alyx" with "chell" but it doesn't seem to work. I can't replace the files in portals GCF either. I've seen this done (eg, male player in portal: project beta, which isn't out or I would check how they did it)

So... uh any help?
