How many times did you fully compile? For me it tends to only look good the 2nd+ time. Also, on your lights, did you change the HDR color or just the color?
I'm sure I change the "BrightnessHDR" of lights too.
But it appears just the same after 5 full compile both final..
There are some env_smokestack which appears strangely in my map (seemingly every kind of smoke in portal 2 work poor).But after I delete them all it doesn't help.
Also when I run the full compile both final compiled map,I type mat_hdr_enabled 1,then mat_hdr_level 1,and it appears normal,the same as the LDR.After typing mat_hdr_level 2,everything's wrong again.I just can't figure it out.

I never set the brightnessHDR to anything other than its default (-1 -1 -1 -1 I think), and with the cubemaps, try generating them and seeing how that works. You should be able to find a valve page on cubemaps with a quick google search.
Ah it will be a long story to add something like env_cubemaps...But the point is in my earlier hammered maps,these issues never occur,especially the HDR+LDR compile.
