Compiling Issue: "LoadPortals: couldnt read the .prt"

There are no leaks in any of the maps, and I have retraced my last steps to check for flaws. But it seems the error isn't caused by my maps, but by Portal 2, Hammer, or my PC.
This is the full compile log after I removed it at some point:

@Skotty: Well, that WAS the full compile log, that was my main concern. Although I just, after sleeping on it for the night, noticed my "Run BSP" section on the compile screen was set to "Only entities"! Damn, biggest mistake I've ever made in Hammer. Sorry, and thanks for paying attention.
