Are there any guides for using custom videos in the elevator scenes? A lot of people seem to know how to do it but a few Google searches came up with very little :S

You have to get the "Rad Video Tools". Go here: http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm
Then, after installation, execute radvideo.exe file. A window will open with a browser: just select the video you want to turn into .bik from yor computer, press "Bink it", do not mess up with many settings in the next window, and you're done!

The videos in the elevator no longer work since the dlc2 update, if you are trying to include any into your custom map. I'd suggest you to go here for more info: http://forums.thinking.withportals.com/post73998.html#p73998
