Electricity particle system

I am looking for a good electric effect. I made a map for TF2 and used the electric effect that produced when the spy uses the sapper. Been on the wiki and tried a few of the particle systems but there was none that i liked. Has anyone made a custom one similar to the one i am lookng for.

I made an emit_continuously version of electric_charge for Electric Gel that you can have if you want, but it's not really much like the Sapper effect.

I think i saw that on youtube, that wolud be fantastic if you let me use it. I tried the other 2 suggestions, thanks guys, but it was not what i was looking for.
