If you want people to download your map it's better to upload your map as an external download here:
If you want to promote your map and if you want it to be in the thinkingwithportals playlist on steam please use this thread:
community-releases/post-your-workshop-maps-here-t6133.html
That helps keeping the forum clean 
About the map itself: I haven't been able to test it yet but I will do so as soon as I can!
