This board is intended to post release threads for maps or other content hosted on the Steam Workshop or other locations other than the TWP Download Database. Although you are free and welcome to post a Community Releases thread for your Download Database uploads, be sure to check your release page as it has it's own comment section!

Fancy Threads

This board uses "Fancy Threads", which are the thread listings with screenshot backgrounds. In order to accomplish this, simply upload a screenshot as an Attachment to your thread. The first image Attachment is used as the "Fancy Thread" background.

Post Flairs

This board also makes heavy use of "Post Flairs", which are the flair capsules seen next to thread titles. You can make any text a "Flair" by simply wrapping it in square brackets. For example, the topic title for this thread is:

[Guide] Using the Community Releases Board

The "[Guide]" string is then turned into the "Guide" Flair.

Some Flairs are auto-expanding, for example "[SP]" into "Single Player". This is to help with thread title lengths, which have a limit. If you would like a long form Flair added, go ahead and make a post in the General Off Topic board.
